As new state regulations threaten to disrupt your access to essential wellness products on January 1, we want to speak directly to you—our customers and our community. A lot is changing, but our commitment to you remains the same. Here is what is happening:
Your Access is Secure for NowOur day-to-day operations at the Little Green Kiosk remain fully unchanged for the remainder of 2025. You will continue to find the same products, the same team, and the same easy shopping experience. However, the State is threatening to change this legal landscape.
Starting January 1, Hawaii’s new regulations threaten to ban THCA products and other federally legal items the state has deemed non-compliant. This is not our choice—it is an unlawful requirement being imposed by the State.
To ensure you are not left scrambling while we fight this in court, we are launching a Community Support event (Now through Dec 31). This will include:
- Discounts up to 40% OFF on products targeted by the new regulations.
- Multi-pack deals to help you maintain your wellness routine.
- Clear labeling to identify which items are threatened by the State’s new rules.
Our goal is to ensure continuity of care for every customer who relies on these products.
We are not silently accepting these laws - we are actively fighting them in federal court. Oahu Dispensary & Provisions is pursuing litigation against the State of Hawai‘i to challenge these unconstitutional bills. We believe these laws are unfair, economically damaging, and harmful to individuals who rely on safe, federally legal alternatives.
Legal proceedings take time. While we are optimistic, our fight is to prevent the State from forcing us - and you - to suffer the consequences of an unjust law while the courts deliberate. We have asked the court for an emergency order to protect your access.
While we fight for your right to access cannabis wellness products, we are also preparing for every contingency to ensure we can continue serving you.
