We will only accept returns on defective electronic products. This includes vapes, disposable pens and disposable sticks only.

Must Be Within 24 Hours

All defective returns must be completed within 24 Hours of the time of purchase. Any issues after that will need to be handled with the manufacturer.

Same Kiosk Location

To avoid any delays in processing a return you must return it to the same Oahu Dispensary and Provisions Kiosk that you purchased it from.

Online Support

We do not provide online support for returns. Any emails sent regarding a return will not be responded to.

No Guaranteed Potency

We source only the highest caliber of product across the board. Potency can not be guarnateed as everyone reacts differently to product every time.

Farm Bill Compliant

All of our product is 100% Farm Bill compliant consisting of less than .3% THC. COAs will be provided upon request for all products. Returns can not be accepted for any products sold before the Farm Bill was enacted.
